Enjoyed quiet evenings on the private balcony.

I really enjoyed staying in this wonderfuleco-friendly hotel. They gave me newly furnished and romantic room with nice bathroom and amazing balcony, for example. The food was appetising and the stuff were extremely friendly and excellent😃

The breakfast options brought to the room were generous, with amazing cappuccino. Although the check-in process was a bit confusing due to the initial absence of staff, everything else made up for it. The location in a quiet piazza added to the authentic Venetian experience.

The hotel's position was amazing right by restaurants and bars. You could walk to a market and a bakery. Our comfort triple room was well-appointed with the bedroom, wine, for example.

The bathroom was cold.

Private balcony options, unique piazza experience, good proximity to attractions

Be prepared for loud noise from gatherings in the plaza, especially with local events!!! A lack of common areas limits opportunities for social interaction with other guests. Hot water supply issues made mornings a challenge!!!

B&B Patatina offers a wonderful experience in a local, friendly atmosphere. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the unique Venetian decor. Breakfast served in the room included good sweet buns and excellent cappuccino, a perfect start to the day. The location in Campo San Giacomo is fantastic, being just a short walk from the vaporetto stop and away from the crowded tourist areas. Gianluca, the owner, was cute and always ready to assist with local tips. The only downside was a lack of common areas to interact, which could. Check-in could use better organization as there was no one available initially. Those were minor issues compared to the positives of my stay.

My stay was fantastic as the warm atmosphere in campo san giacomo felt local with kids playing in the piazza, and with wonderful nearby restaurants, I enjoyed good breakfasts served in my room each morning.
